We're a team of engineers, designers, and operators building companies across three studios in Tallinn. If you'd rather build the future than read about it, we'd like to meet you.

General application

Not seeing a role that fits exactly? Tell us about yourself anyway. Unicorn Machine builds companies across three studios — Mythic Builder (AI-native software), Glazeworks (hardware and deep tech), and TwelveX (education, health, and childhood) — and new roles open as each venture grows. A general application puts you in front of all of them.

Who we're looking for

  • Engineers — software, mechanical, electrical, and embedded
  • Designers — product, industrial, and brand
  • Operators — growth, sales, finance, and people
  • Future founders who want to build a company from day one

What you'll do

  • Join a venture team and ship real products alongside its founders
  • Work across studios where your skills are needed most
  • Help validate new ideas with users, experts, and the market

What we offer

  • A seat in our offices, hardware lab, and warehouse in Ülemiste City, Tallinn
  • A front-row view of how companies are built — from concept to scale
  • A community of builders through Frontier Machines, Tech & God, and more
